Nada Ghazal x Jumeirah Carlton Tower Mother’s Day

From Beirut to London, Memory Becomes Art

Some moments are too beautiful to be ordinary. This Mother’s Day, Nada Ghazal Fine Jewelry brings her Beirut-inspired collection My Muse to life in an unexpected form: pastry.

Working with Executive Pastry Chef Martin Haidar, Nada translated her signature sculptural forms, bold colours, and architectural detail into a limited-edition cake, where each motif and hue mirrors the artistry of her jewellery.

“Martin and I both create through memory. Seeing My Muse interpreted in a form you can taste, experience, and share felt instinctive,” - Nada Ghazal

The Cake - A Taste of Lebanese Spring

The cake reflects Beirut in every detail: domed silhouettes, radiating motifs, and a colour palette inspired by the city. Flavours are a taste of Lebanese spring.

Orange blossom mistika cream, Olive oil sponge, Pistachio crémeux and Crisp cashew filo. No artificial colouring. No refined sugar. Only natural ingredients, and pure artistry.

The Golden Circle - A Secret Inside One Cake

To make this Mother’s Day unforgettable, one cake will have a golden ticket. The lucky finder will win a bespoke My Muse pendant, valued at £3,000, crafted personally with Nada to create a modern heirloom.

Every guest at the Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea will also receive a curated gift including a private 45-minute styling session at the Nada Ghazal boutique on Pont Street.

About the Collaboration

This is a collaboration crafted through heritage and kinship. Both Beirut-born creatives now based in London, Nada Ghazal and Martin Haidar share a vision: translating emotion into form, whether through gold, enamel, sugar, or sponge.

This collaboration celebrates heritage, femininity, and the quiet power of making beauty from memory, a story you can see, touch, and now taste.
