General Information

When purchasing through nadaghazal.com, you undertake that all products ordered by you are for your own personal use or re-gift only and are not subjected for resale.

To complete purchases through the site, customers will be asked to provide true personal details; real name, phone number, full address, email address, credit or debit card information and other requested details as indicated.

Inaccurate customer information constitutes a breach of the site’s terms & conditions and as such may result in the termination of the account.

Upon registration, customers will provide the site with both an email address and password. Customers will solely be responsible for all action taking under that account. Thus, all personal information provided to the site including but not limited to the password should remain confidential and one must not disclose any detail information around the account to anyone.

You warrant that all payment details provided to the site upon ordering or purchasing are your own and you are the person referred to the billing details filled. By submitting all the above stated information, you grant us the right to provide all given details to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your order, purchase and shipment.

Nada Ghazal Fine Jewelry reserve the right to question multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer, postal address or multiple account with the same payment details. And as such the site reserves the right to limit, prohibit and cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Purchase & Order

Upon order you agree that any and all information provided are accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of stock. Upon ordering and purchasing a product, the customer will receive a confirmation email to the email address given in your order form. Confirmation email will detail product(s) ordered, payment method, cost and usual delivery times.

If nadaghazal.com do not have enough stock to deliver the product you have purchased, the products will then be made to order and this process takes 10-15 days.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to check all details provided on the purchase confirmation email are correct and contact us on info@nadag.com as soon as possible if any detail is inaccurate.

If for any given circumstance the order has not been accepted, you will instantly receive an email explaining the reasons why.

Delivery

The delivery period shared via the confirmation email is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address provided by you at checkout.

Kindly note that all international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

Price & Payment Method

Nada Ghazal Fine Jewelry reserve the right to change and amend the prices of any given product displayed on the site at any time and without prior notice.

We accept all major credit card payments. Payment is debited from your card when we process your order.

Cancellations

If you haven’t completed the checkout process, you may clear the items in your shopping cart at any time by clicking the ‘delete’ button next to the product you do not wish to purchase.

Exchanges & Returns

We hope you love your purchases. If you need to make a return, please see below.

For purchases made at our boutiques, we offer a credit note for the value for your next purchase.

If you wish to return jewelry purchased online, you must request a return within 72 hours from receipt by contacting us at info@nadag.com and return the jewelry within 14 days.

Returned items (within 14 days of receipt) will be carefully  inspected. We have the right to refuse your return if the jewelry has not been returned in its original  condition, if part of the packaging is missing (tag, jewelry box and pouch) or  if  the products  show any signs of wear.

We can offer a credit note for the value of your next purchase, alternatively, and at your request, we can re-credit the value to the same credit or debit account from which it was paid.

Customers will be liable to cover insured shipping charges for any items returned.
Import duties and taxes as well as bank and financial institution charges at purchase will be deducted from your refund.
It is the responsibility of the customer to reclaim duties and taxes from customs should these have been paid on arrival of goods to their respective destination.
We will not be liable for any fee charged by your bank or financial institution on this refund and we will not refund shipping costs incurred.

Return Exclusions

Bespoke, or resized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items bought from third parties are not eligible for return.
Exchanges that are damaged, will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Errors & Inaccuracies

At Nada Ghazal Fine Jewelry, we value our customers and ensure the highest quality jewelry and service.

We will be more than happy to exchange your purchase(s) for the same product(s) if the item(s) shipped arrive damaged or if they are not the pieces you purchased.

Exchange for any of the pieces that fit this criteria is applicable within 14 days from the date of dispatch.
