Exchanges & Returns

We hope you love your purchases. If you need to make a return, please see below. 

If you wish to return jewelry purchased online, kindly request a return within 72 hours from receipt by contacting us at info@nadag.com and return the jewelry within 14 days.

Returned items will be carefully  inspected. We have the right to refuse your return if the jewelry has not been returned in its original  condition, if part of the packaging is missing (tag, jewelry box and pouch) or  if  the products  show any signs of wear.

We are happy to offer a refund to your original method of payment or an exchange.
Alternatively, should you prefer, we can issue a credit note for the value of your purchase.

• Customers are responsible for insured return shipping costs.
  
• Any applicable bank or financial institution fees incurred at the time of purchase or during the refund process will be deducted from the refund.
  
• If duties or taxes were paid upon delivery, customers may reclaim these directly from their local customs authority.
